Community Outreach
As a model of FIRST, we aim to constantly be spreading STEM throughout our community. We look for new opportunities to help benefit our community through outreach. We have some “projects in progress” or some ideas that we have been discussing along with some plans for turning them into actual outreach. One of our largest outreach projects in progress, “One Small Step” is to share STEM career information with kids at schools. The steps for this are listed below:

2. Collect information on how STEM is applicable further in life
3. Create presentations to share what we’ve learned with kids
4. Host a STEM Career Night at a local school
